2026年我们找徐师傅做后院ADU，全程基本都交给他和团队负责，我们几乎没怎么操心。师傅特别靠谱负责，事事都想得周到，干得也细致到位。每次市政过来检查，都是一次就通过，施工特别规范。除了部分材料我们自己选，其他活儿全交给师傅，特别省心。中途我们临时加了不少小活，也随时找他处理小问题，师傅都特别配合，认认真真帮我们做好。项目3月底开工，虽然市政流程慢了点，但12月就弄好可以出租了，整个过程顺顺利利，一点没添乱。这位师傅人实在、手艺好、责任心强，真心推荐！

We hired Mr. Xu to build our backyard ADU in 2026, and we pretty much let him and his team handle everything with very little oversight from us. He was super responsible and thoughtful, taking care of every detail well. Every city inspection passed on the first try, which shows how solid his work was. We only picked out some materials ourselves; he managed everything else, making the whole process really easy for us. We added quite a few small jobs along the way and asked him to fix little issues as they came up, and he was always cooperative and got them done properly. The project started at the end of March and was finished and ready to rent by December, even with slow city processes. Everything went smoothly with no headaches at all. He’s honest, skilled, and highly reliable—we truly recommend him!
